Fairly clean place, recently refurbished rooms, superbly friendly and pretty friendly staff. Extremely comfy beds and it's own balcony and a kettle. Very central location along with good breakfasts. Central area.

It was fairly clean and charming small place, well-appointed and lovely modern rooms. The staff was supper friendly, they were always available. The room with balcony. The whole experience was comfortable, no complains at all, would recomand...

Had twin/double room with big bathroom and wake-up service was available in it. A balcony, a storage, and a kettle were much appreciated.

The room was immaculately clean and cheap with a view, the bed was lovely. The location could n't be more marvellous close to the center. Had a delightful stay for a night, and will certainly stay here again.

The staff were superfriendly, quirky hotel. Fashionable and updated room with a renovated bathroom, a 2 single beds, balcony. Fantastic and magnificent location, within walking distance of Torres de Serranos. Excellent experience there.

The hotel was a great find with an excellent location, just a short walk from the old town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. We loved having a balcony with a view, it added an extra touch to our stay. The breakfast included was a nice bonus, giving us a good start to the day.

But I would not consider this a 4 star hotel by any means. Would be nice if there were english speaking channels, availability to purchase tickets for tours. Equipt the room with more hangers and an iron, even a coffee machine would be nice. What about a directory of local places to eat and shop so you can plan your day. Found the rooms to be a little small and a lot of street noise.

location was perfect for our trip. And room size was pretty good for the price and the fact it was small and not like all standard hotels was nice. shower was great too!

the aircondition seemed only to work for a small period of time at night which was a bit annoying if having an afternoon siesta, walls were quite thin, staff though helpful didnt know what was happening in town so when told shops would be open - due to a public holiday all the main shops were actually shut so investigate for yourself but these are small things overall still had a lovely time
